I set up in a quiet corner of the room — a wedding reception, a gala, a corporate dinner — with a canvas, paints and everything I need, and start painting as your event unfolds. There's no interruption, no announcement, no stage. Guests simply notice a painting coming to life nearby, and many end up drifting over between courses or during the speeches to watch the process.
You Take Home a Finished, One-of-a-Kind Piece
By the end of the event, the canvas is complete. What you're left with isn't a photo or a memory of a performance — it's an actual painting, ready to be framed and hung, that exists because of that specific evening. The subject isn't fixed to the room or the guests: it's agreed with you beforehand, and can be tied to the theme of the event, or be something else entirely that you simply want painted live in front of everyone.

I'm Dani Delgado, a Spanish mural artist with six years of professional experience, based between Trier and Luxembourg. Painting in front of people isn't new to me — most of my mural work happens in public, in offices, restaurants and outdoor spaces, with people walking past and stopping to watch throughout the process.
Live painting for events brings that same comfort with painting live and in public to a canvas format built specifically for weddings, galas and corporate evenings. I'm also studying Business Administration, which is reflected in how I run every booking: a clear proposal, a confirmed setup plan for the venue, and no surprises on the day.

Most of my live painting experience so far comes from murals painted in public — in front of colleagues, guests, and passers-by, often over several hours or days, with the whole process visible from start to finish.

How much does live painting cost?
Every booking is quoted individually, based on the length of the event, the size of the canvas, and travel to the venue. Send me your event date, venue and rough guest numbers, and you'll get a clear quote back within days.
How long does a live painting take to complete?
Most pieces are painted over the course of the event itself — typically between 3 and 8 hours, depending on the pace and length of the occasion. The exact scope is agreed in advance so the painting is finished by the end of the night.
Do I keep the painting after the event?
Yes. The finished canvas belongs to you — whether that's the couple, the company, or whoever commissioned the piece. Framing and delivery details are agreed as part of the booking.
Is live painting suitable for both weddings and corporate events?
Yes, though the setup is adapted to each. For weddings, I usually work with the couple directly on the subject beforehand; for corporate events, it's often agreed with the organiser or the company. In both cases, what's painted doesn't have to be the event itself — it can just as easily be a subject tied to the theme, or something entirely separate. How far in advance should I book a live painter?
As early as possible, especially for wedding season and end-of-year corporate events, since only one booking can be taken per date. Reaching out as soon as your date and venue are confirmed gives the most flexibility on both sides.
