From set-up to a finished piece, over the course of your event
Most event entertainment is forgotten by Monday. A live painting isn't: it's a real canvas, created during your event, that can hang in your office long after the evening ends.
-
Before your guests arrive
Set-Up at Your Venue or Conference
I arrive ahead of your guests and set up in a quiet, unobtrusive spot — a corner of the dinner room, a spot near the stage, or beside a conference hall entrance. Canvas, easel and materials are ready before the programme starts, so there's nothing for your event team to manage once things get underway.
-
During the event
Painting Throughout the Event
As speeches, dinner or presentations continue, I keep working on the canvas in the background. There's no microphone, no announcement, and no disruption to your run of show. Attendees notice the piece taking shape naturally over the course of the event, often stopping by between sessions or during networking breaks.
-
By the end of the event
A Finished Piece for the Company
By the end of the event, the canvas is complete and ready to travel home with you. For a company, that means a piece for the office, a gift for a retiring executive or a long-serving team member, or a memento of a milestone like an anniversary or a product launch.
The subject is agreed with your team
It doesn't have to be your event itself. Some companies want the painting tied to their brand or theme. Others prefer something entirely separate.
Tied to your brand or theme
The company, its industry, or the theme of the evening — a piece that reflects something specific about the event or the business.
Something entirely separate
A subject chosen simply because it fits the mood you want in the room, with no connection to the company at all.
Either way, there's no guesswork on the night: the brief is settled well in advance, so the only thing left to do is paint.
Company dinners, launches and fundraising events
-
Company Dinners & Galas
A quiet, elegant focal point for an evening built around recognition, celebration or fundraising — adding atmosphere without competing with speeches or entertainment already on the programme.
-
Product Launches & Conferences
A visual centrepiece near the stage or the entrance that reflects the energy of a launch, painted live while attendees explore the rest of the event.
-
Charity & Fundraising Events
A painting created live can become part of the evening itself — displayed, auctioned, or presented to a sponsor or cause at the end of the night, turning the piece into part of the fundraising story.
No fixed price list — every event is quoted individually
Sending your event date, venue and a short brief is enough to get a clear, personal quote within a few days.
- Length of the event Most sessions run 3 to 8 hours, matched to your programme.
- Canvas size & number Some events call for a single large canvas, others for several smaller ones.
- Venue location Travel across Luxembourg or the Greater Region is factored into the quote.
Three steps, agreed well before the event
-
Confirm Your Event Date
Availability is limited per date, so the first step is simply checking I'm free for yours — the earlier this happens, the more flexibility there is on both sides, especially around busy periods like the end of the year.
-
Agree on the Brief
Once the date is set, we confirm canvas size, subject, and arrival time, along with any specific requirements from your venue or event agency. This is also when travel and setup logistics are worked out.
-
On the Day
I arrive ahead of your guests, set up discreetly, and paint throughout the event. Your team doesn't need to manage anything on-site — the painting runs quietly alongside your programme from start to finish.
Dani Delgado

I'm Dani Delgado, a Spanish mural artist with six years of professional experience. Most of my mural work happens in public spaces — offices, restaurants, outdoor walls — with people watching throughout the process, so working calmly in a room full of guests or colleagues is a familiar setting, not a new challenge.
I'm also studying Business Administration, which shapes how I handle corporate bookings: a clear written proposal, a confirmed setup plan agreed with your venue or event team, and no last-minute questions on the day of your event.
About corporate live painting
How much does corporate live painting cost?
Every event is quoted individually, based on the length of the event, canvas size and number of pieces, and travel to the venue. Sharing your event date, venue and a short brief is enough to get a clear quote within a few days.
Can the painting feature our company branding or theme?
Yes. Many companies choose a subject tied to their brand, industry or event theme, though it's entirely optional — some prefer a subject with no connection to the company at all. This is agreed together before the event.
Do you provide an invoice for the company?
Yes, every booking is confirmed with a written quote and invoiced properly, so it can be processed through your company's normal procurement or event budget.
Can live painting work at a large conference, not just a dinner?
Yes. Live painting works well near a stage, an entrance, or a networking area at conferences and launches, not only at seated dinners — the setup simply adapts to the format of your event.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as possible, particularly for popular periods like December or major industry events, since only a limited number of events can be taken per date.
